Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience in varied and dynamic roles, delivering trauma informed psychotherapy for clients, and supervision and trauma training for staff .

Estelle is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Neuro-Affective Touch Foundation Graduate, working with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock and chronic stress.  She is a PACFA accredited Clinical Supervisor and holds a Clinical Master’s Degree in Mental Health Sciences

Estelle’s initial training was in dual diagnosis inpatient treatment (substance use & complex trauma) and is currently training in Structural, Systemic & Family Constellations work, supporting the healing of the inter-generational transmission trauma through the ancestral lineage.

For many years, Estelle has worked in private practice, and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, travelling this wonderful country from South Australia, to the Gulf of Carpentaria, and throughout Victoria.

Estelle is fascinated by ancient wisdoms and modern scientific exploration. She is a keen fermenter and brewer, and enjoys studying our embodied spiritual connection to nature through sacred geometry, the Sun, camping, weaving, art, music, singing (in the shower) and dancing (not so much in the shower)
