Professional Biography

I am a clinical psychologist and the director of Inspired Psychology, a private practice with locations in Unley and Christies Beach. We welcome survivors to the practice and provide a warm, safe and friendly environment for healing. My therapeutic background has always been strongly centred on working with working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced complex trauma. This has included providing individual support as well as working collaboratively others around people such as care teams and families. I am passionate about assisting survivors and believe they are the experts in their own lives, that healing is possible and that my role is to support people to reach their potential. I have a strong relational emphasis in my work and work collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their goals. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, EMDR, Sensorimotor, Schema, Neurodevelopmental, Attachment and Trauma informed approaches.
