Professional Biography

I am an accredited social worker with extensive experience supporting women who have experienced trauma. My background includes work in complex trauma, grief and loss, and recovery following interpersonal and developmental trauma.

I bring a calm, reflective presence to therapy and value depth, honesty, and respect. I am particularly mindful of how power, gender, and lived experience shape our healing journeys.

I have worked with women, trans community and girls specialising in gender based violence for the last 15 years. This includes, but not limited; to domestic and family violence, sexual assault, trauma, grief, loss, attachment, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety and depression. I am an approved therapist with The Blue Knot Foundation and Victims of Crime.

I have also worked internationally in post conflict settings in human rights advocacy, trauma recovery and gender-based violence with women, non-binary and trans folk. I bring a deep respect for cultural wisdom and lived experience to all that I do. I believe healing includes awareness of the world that shapes us—the forces of privilege, injustice, and power that touch every story. Trauma lives not only within us but also in the systems and histories we inherit. Recognizing this connection helps us move toward both personal and collective restoration.
