Professional Biography

My name’s Sophie, I’m an Accredited Supervisor and Mental Health Social Worker. I have a gentle approach, and aim to provide a safe space where you can explore life’s challenges and develop effective ways to manage them. I work with people from all backgrounds and life experiences, including adults and children living with:
