Professional Biography
Sally is an experienced and accredited Social Worker, Psychotherapist and Counsellor. Currently working as an approved Victim Services Counsellor and with First Nations people requiring support to overcome AOD addictions, Sally understands structural disadvantage and how this can impact mental health and unresolved trauma. Sally has worked with marginalised children and youth in foster care for many years and has gained significant understanding and knowledge of childhood trauma, as acquired through atypical development and adverse childhood experiences.
