Professional Biography

I retrained as a Psychologist after an extensive career in health education/promotion. I was fortunate to have gained experienced across Australia including in Western Australia (incl. the Pilbara Region), the Northern territory, and NSW. This experience further stimulated my interest in regional and remote health, and Aboriginal Health.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I have a strong interest in all forms of trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma. I have continued to pursue further training in these areas. I have an eclectic mix of clients including male, female, indigenous, non-indigenous, and people from countries where they experienced severe trauma before migrating to Australia. I have also worked with clients on referral from Victims Services NSW for approximately 6 years.
