Professional Biography

Paige is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Play Therapist, and Director at With Grace Therapy. Ensuring a warm, playful, and deeply compassionate approach to working with children and families.

With a strong focus on children under 12, Paige supports young people and their caregivers through life’s emotional, developmental, and relational experiences and challenges with care, curiosity, and respect.

Paige understands that children exist within families, classrooms, and communities, and her approach centres the child while also intentionally including parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process through parent coaching, family work, and collaborative goal-setting.

Therapy is never about “fixing” a child, but about understanding what behaviours communicate, strengthening relationships, and creating safer, connected systems within and around them.

Paige works within a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach that honours each child’s unique way of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world.

Paige works collaboratively with carers to build insight, confidence, and practical strategies – supporting families to feel less alone and more equipped.

Paige’s therapeutic approach includes:

- Child-centred and play-based therapy
- Trauma-informed practice
- Neurodiversity-affirming care
- Attachment-focused interventions
- Parent coaching and family therapy
- Emotion regulation and behaviour support
- Strengths-based developmental frameworks.

While Paige’s primary focus is children under 12 and their families, she continues to work with older children and adolescents where clinically appropriate. If you are seeking support for a young person over 12, please feel free to reach out; Paige is happy to discuss fit and recommend the most suitable clinician within the team if needed.
