Lana’s professional journey began in high school with a deep curiosity about the human mind, inspired by the workings of the human brain. She employs a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches help her address a wide range of issues such as stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation, substance dependencies, body image issues, self-esteem, and panic disorders.
