Professional Biography

I am a clinically registered psychotherapist with PACFA and have over 11 years experience of working with adults, couples, families, adolescents and children who have experiences of trauma and abuse. I run a private practice that works from a trauma informed perspective and I hope to walk alongside you in your journey in a way that supports building of trust and safety. I work individually with each person to establish collaboration and choice in approach and to ensure I am the right person to take this journey with you.

I am qualified in use of the movement, body and dance in psychotherapy and have an understanding of how trauma effects and impacts our body which informs my approach ensuring you feel the time we are together is paced to your needs. I strive to ensure I am approachable and thoughtful around the choices in the sessions including when to take a break as well as the use of creativity, music, movement, silence, stillness, talking and art making.

Sessions are currently held in multiple locations, all quiet clinics, choice is always given around room suitability, time and arrangement of the rooms.
