Heather has a broad range of knowledge and experience which allows her to compassionately work with people with a range of issues, relating to - relationships, abuse, trauma, separation/divorce, grief & loss, parenting, sibling rivalry, adolescence, low self-esteem, workplace difficulties, disability, conflict management, anxiety, depression, and stress.
Heather's insight into the complexities of, not only life, but, also, human nature itself, allows her to support clients to gain greater awareness of themselves, develop coping strategies, establish healthier relationships with themselves, and others, manage and/or reduce stress and anxiety, and, generally, become more empowered in their everyday lives.
