Professional Biography

Dorota has been working as a psychologist since 1993 and completed Masters of Clinical Psychology in 1997 at UNSW. She has extensive experience working in private practice and adult inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She is registered with Victims Services, Wentwest Primary Mental Health Services, WorkCover NSW and CTP. Areas of interest include complex trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain and addictions. She has been working with victims of crime since 2002. Dorota strives to help individuals meet life and work challenges in a personalised, non-judgemental and accepting manner. She uses an eclectic approach that matches treatment to suit each individual rather than adhering to a particular treatment approach. Dorota has training in CBT (including trauma-informed CBT), IPT, ACT and DBT.
