Professional Biography

I'm a therapist with 20+ years experience who gets to the heart of problems in both short term and long term therapy (Medicare rebates available). I bring a wealth of counselling experience; my care, sensitivity, sharp perception, tools and strategies; embedded in calm groundedness. I attune to my clients' needs, bringing the most effective and expert approach to facilitate healing, resolution and rewarding change.

Clients describe me as a warm, intuitive and skilled therapist, who really understands and knows how to work with trauma, mental health (eg depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality and mood disorders); relationships; drug and alcohol; domestic and family violence and sexual abuse; having counselled in a variety of professional clinical settings.

I have a depth of understanding of people from many walks of life, gained from my past clinical experience and specialist training; combined with my meditation practice, personal development and life.
