Professional Biography

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist in private practice and have been working in the area of trauma and domestic violence for many years. My method of working with people is largely psychodynamic and humanistic in nature. I work with the unconscious processes that drive our behaviours from the inside. Those individuals who have a history of suffering with trauma or violence can often recognise repetitions of such distresses in their adult lives. I work to untangle these internal forces in a way that I would hope would offer relief and new possibilities.
